Employee Testimonials

“One of the Best Staffing Agencies! They take the time to call and confirm workers, which most agencies don’t do. Plus, every Friday, they provide treats for their employees!

“I want to thank the safety team for their outstanding service at our manufacturing facility in Lake County, IL. They conducted safety observation walks and provided valuable insights that helped us reduce frequent oil leaks from our injection machines, implement safety gloves in the gasket department, and review our safety observations to coordinate preventive measures. Their expertise and professionalism made a significant impact, and I highly recommend their services.”

“I received excellent attention from the office staff. They were incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in and throughout the application process. The job they offered required a resume, but I didn’t have one with me. They were so kind and went the extra mile to help me create one!”

“After noticing a trend of minor strains and lacerations among our production team, I reached out to Labor Solutions and their safety team for guidance. They recommended starting monthly safety talks with the employees, which we agreed to implement. Alex and his team made themselves available to meet with the team before each shift, covering different safety topics every month. Since starting these talks, the number of injuries has significantly decreased, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Their proactive approach has made a real difference in improving workplace safety.”

“Working with them has been very convenient. They offer direct deposit, 401(k), and medical insurance. I didn’t need the medical insurance, but I really appreciate the convenience of direct deposit.”

"I highly recommend the safety department for their outstanding support in improving workplace safety. They helped us switch to a safer, cost-effective glue, ensured proper use of safety glasses in key areas, added safety guards on guillotine machines and drill presses, and regularly led safety talks and training. Their dedication has made a real difference, and I'm grateful for their partnership in keeping our workplace safe."

“They found me a job close to home, which was really convenient. The team at Labor Solutions was always friendly when I picked up my checks. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a job quickly!”

“During peak times, integrating a time and attendance solutions streamlines our reporting of hours. What used to take hours now takes minutes, ensuring accuracy and saving us valuable time.”

"I truly appreciate the efficiency and organization of your team. Every process is well-documented and readily accessible, making it incredibly easy to retrieve important information when needed. Whenever I submit a request, whether it's for current or past documentation, I receive a prompt and accurate response within minutes. This level of professionalism and attention to detail gives me confidence in your services and makes working with you a seamless experience."

"I truly appreciate your unwavering availability and dedication, even beyond regular work hours. Your willingness to take our calls and assist with last-minute schedule changes, unexpected incidents, and any questions that arise demonstrates your commitment to exceptional service. Knowing we can rely on you at any time provides invaluable support and peace of mind for our team."

“I have been working with the company for almost three years, and I always look forward to their summer events. It’s something special that sets them apart from other agencies. They truly go the extra mile to show appreciation for their employees. They give food, prizes, and a fun atmosphere.  It’s a great way to connect with coworkers and feel valued as part of the team. I haven’t seen other agencies treat their employees this way, and it makes a big difference. I’m excited to see what they have planned for this year!”
