Job description

We are looking for 1st shift Line Lead candidate in the Forest View area (near the Midway airport). Monday – Friday 7am to 3pm. Must have previous experience and a resume and may start at $18.50 hourly payrate.Job ResponsibilitiesOrganizing and delegating tasks to production line workersInspecting products to ensure they meet company and industry standardsTraining new staff on production line procedures and safety protocolsMonitoring the production process and making necessary adjustments for efficiencyEnsuring all equipment is maintained and functioning properlyImplementing and upholding safety regulations and quality control measuresMaintaining communication between management and production line workersManaging the production schedule and meeting production targetsReporting and resolving any issues or disruptions of the production processDocumenting production data and maintaining accurate recordsOrdering supplies necessary for the production lineFor more information call or text, us at (773)254-8808.
