We are looking to hire window production associates immediately in the University City, MO area.$15.50/hour - 1st Shift STARTING PAY RATE$16.00/hour - 2nd Shift STARTING PAY RATE JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Manufacturing AssociateShifts/Hours:1st shift: M-F and occasionally Saturdays 7am - 3:30pm2nd shift: M-F and occasionally Saturdays 3:30pm - 12:00amOT and Saturdays based on production needs.INTERVIEW RESUME may be required ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:• Ability to read tape measure quickly and accurately• Loading/Unloading• Specific department related manufacturing/assembly.• Perform other duties as assigned GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:• Follow safety rules, safe operating procedures and practices; help ensure all employees follow safety rules, procedures and practices• Maintain good housekeeping conditions in work areas• Active participation in on-going individual training/development program(s)• Set goals and objectives with Supervisor; look for ways to improve quality and productivity• Report abnormalities in machines, programs, materials, quality and/or processes REQUIREMENTS:• Dimensional measuring and simple math competence with excellent dexterity and deftness skills• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and lay out work as required• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality. • Ability to work within a team environment and possess a positive, "can do" attitudeFor more information or for other positions, please call or text us at 314-727-1060 Labor Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
