Job description

We are looking for candidates for Line Lead with experience in the Bedford Park are. Schedule will be Monday through Friday 1st shift: 6:30am - 3:30pm and 2nd shift: 3:30pm - 12am at $17.50 hourly payrate. Must have previous experience and a resume.Job Responsibilities:Organizing and delegating tasks to production line workersInspecting products to ensure they meet company and industry standardsTraining new staff on production line procedures and safety protocolsMonitoring the production process and making necessary adjustments for efficiencyEnsuring all equipment is maintained and functioning properlyImplementing and upholding safety regulations and quality control measuresMaintaining communication between management and production line workersManaging the production schedule and meeting production targetsReporting and resolving any issues or disruptions of the production processDocumenting production data and maintaining accurate recordsOrdering supplies necessary for the production lineFor more information call or text, us at (773)254-8808Labor Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
