Job description

Labor Solutions is looking for an Experience Quality Inspector

What you need to do

Perform incoming inspection of magnetized and unmagnetized magnets and mechanical components.

Measure parts using precision inspection equipment including:

Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)

Keyence Optical Measurement System

Digital and dial calipers

Pin gauges

Gauge blocks

Micrometers and other standard inspection tools

Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

Follow established work instructions and inspection procedures.

Accurately record inspection data and test results in accordance with internal Quality Control procedures.

Identify and document nonconforming material.

Maintain organized inspection records and support traceability requirements.

Assist with general quality lab activities as assigned.
