Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves coiling, wrapping, labeling, stacking, and moving hose products while maintaining quality and safety standards. Training is provided, including operation of production equipment and machinery.

Pay: $19.00–$22.00/hour

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently

Coil, wrap, label, and stack products for shipment

Inspect products for quality and remove defective materials

Complete production logs and required documentation

Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Basic hand and power tool experience

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Good verbal and written communication skills (English and/or Spanish)

Flexible and adaptable to changing production needs

Physical Requirements

Stand for 8–12 hours per shift

Lift 25–50 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs with assistance

Perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting

Work Environment:

Indoor manufacturing facility that is not climate-controlled

Exposure to machinery, vibration, noise, heat, cold, and manufacturing odors

Occasional overtime may be required
