Job Summary:We are seeking dependable and hardworking Manufacturing Associate in the Waukegan area. This position is responsible for assisting with the preparation, handling, packaging, and shipment of vanilla extract products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.The position requires direct contact with vanilla materials and ingredients, operation of production equipment, and frequent heavy lifting. Schedule:Monday-Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm Pay Rate: $17/hr Key Responsibilities:Package, label, and prepare vanilla extract products for shipment according to company standardsHandle raw vanilla materials and finished vanilla extract products throughout the production processOperate and monitor filling, bottling, sealing, labeling, and packing equipmentLoad and unload raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goodsPerform routine cleaning and sanitation of production equipment and work areasInspect products for quality, accuracy, and packaging integrityMaintain accurate production and inventory recordsFollow all food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety proceduresAssist with warehouse organization and inventory movement as neededReport equipment issues, safety concerns, or product inconsistencies to supervisors promptly Requirements:Ability to lift and move up to 50–75 pounds regularly throughout the shiftAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periodsComfortable working around strong vanilla aromas and direct contact with vanilla products dailyAbility to work in warm or fast-paced production environmentsReliable and punctualAbility to follow instructions and safety proceduresWilling to adhere to GMPs and company policiesAbility to work in a team environment Working Conditions:Fast-paced production and warehouse environmentStanding, bending, and repetitive motions throughout the shiftMust be comfortable working around food products and following strict cleanliness standardsGMP compliance is mandatory For more information call or text, us at (847) 596-2481Labor Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
